Always love Lam's, but sat down for the first time inside at the one in Bray (so used to getting it delivered from Greystones). The manager (I think) let me charge my phone so I could order a cab, had a nice chat, absolutely lovely guy. Thank you for your kindness!
Order was late, missing my chicken balls. Rang and was told they’d deliver them and it won’t take long. They phoned me 30 minutes later to tell me I’m lying and the kitchen staff said I definitely got my chicken balls because they put them in the bag. What a weird thing to say considering I don’t have any chicken balls. Now unless the driver ate them on the way or they fell out of the bag and are rolling down bray Main Street 🙄 i said can I just get a refund I’m not waiting any longer and he went to ask his manager who offered store credit. I said can I speak to the manager because I don’t want store credit and I was told no, try ring another time. So that’s great. I’ll stick with M&J next time. €43 down the drain. I just wanted some chicken balls.
Ordered on their website for delivery on a Wednesday night. Food hadn't arrived an hour later so I called and asked if everything was alright. I was told it was already on the road (I was 5 mins drive away). A further 45 mins later a driver arrived and handed me a bag of food. Went inside, not my order. Ran outside to catch the driver who was very confused. He managed to kind of piece together something close to my order by disassembling other orders in bags in the car. Still didn't get what I paid for but was starving so just took what he could give me.
